Formerly known as Meadow North of the Lake.

A beautiful north & south running canyon is dotted with Oak trees and lined with mature Pine trees.  If you are looking for the perfect winding road, this would be it!  It is often occupied with families of deer grazing on the pasture grasses.

Named after the “Adventures of Toby Tyler” where Walt Disney shot this TV show back in the late 50’s early 60’s this charming little country bridge is perfect for a country stroll, bicycle ride or anything you can imagine!

A pristine smaller meadow located at the eastern end of the Ranch with a charming oak grove and a beautiful creek that divide it from the Insert Road,  perfect for picnics.

Depending on time of year, the Bottom Meadow is either freshly tilled soil; tall, green alfalfa; or newly mowed alfalfa.
